Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Line Agile Coach to guide and support our product development teams in the implementation of agile methodologies. The Product Line Agile Coach will work closely with our product teams to help them improve their agile practices and processes, and to ensure that they are delivering high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and a proven track record of coaching product development teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor product development teams in the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Work with product teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in their agile practices and processes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
• Help product teams establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve product development performance
• Provide guidance and support to product teams in the use of agile tools and practices, including Jira, Confluence, and agile testing frameworks
• Work with product teams to identify and remove impediments to their success
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within product teams
• Collaborate with other agile coaches and stakeholders to promote and drive agile transformation across the organization
