• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, platform capabilities, and ITSM/ITIL processes.

• Ability to plan, track, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

• Experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and cross-functional team coordination.

• Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, and project documentation.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
