We start with an in-depth requirements workshop with our Clients and Consultants, before working to map-out the market and identify the most suitable candidates. A shortlist of 3-5 fully qualified Candidates will be presented for your requirements and interviews scheduled. A dedicated Consultant will be available throughout the search until a successful placement(s) is made.
