About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Central Finance Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of ERP solutions, with a focus on financial processes. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, improve financial workflows and deliver practical solutions that support their operational and strategic objectives.

This role is suited to a mid-level or senior ERP professional with strong consulting skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of ERP solutions, with a focus on finance and accounting processes.

• Gather and analyse client requirements, translating business needs into functional solutions.

• Advise clients on financial processes, system functionality and opportunities for process improvement.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives.

• Support system testing, troubleshooting, user training and implementation activities.

• Contribute to ERP projects across industries such as distribution, manufacturing and healthcare.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, reporting and system enhancements.

• Support the integration of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate, where applicable.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing functional support and guidance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Several years of experience as an ERP Consultant, ideally at mid-level or senior level.

• Experience in one or more of the following industries: distribution, manufacturing or healthcare.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage.

• Experience with, or a strong interest in, Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate, is beneficial.

• Strong understanding of business processes, ideally within finance and accounting.

• Structured, customer-focused and solution-oriented approach to consulting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
