Key Requirements: 

• Strong experience with Clarity PPM (CA PPM) software, including implementation, configuration, and administration
• Deep functional knowledge of project and portfolio management processes, including demand management, resource management, and financial management
• Hands-on experience configuring workflows, forms, fields, and custom objects within Clarity PPM
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and analytics, including creating custom reports for stakeholders
• Ability to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into system solutions
• Knowledge of integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, HR, or ITSM tools)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve functional and process issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including training and end-user support
• Experience in supporting project governance, processes, and system adoption
