Key Requirements:
- 3–5+ years' experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, with a focus on Finance and Logistics.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with Logistics modules, including Purchasing, Sales, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Supply Chain processes.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, including business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions, ensuring best practice use of Business Central.
- Experience facilitating workshops, creating functional documentation, and supporting users throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Jet Reports, Power BI, or experience migrating from legacy ERP systems is advantageous.
