Key Requirements:

Extensive experience leading Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and transformations across sales, marketing, and customer service.

Strong understanding of customer engagement, business processes, and CRM strategy across the enterprise.

Proven ability to define CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance, aligning technology with business goals.

Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior-level stakeholders.

Expertise in project management, risk management, and change management within CRM contexts.

Familiarity with data migration, integrations, reporting, and analytics (Power BI / Power Platform).

Excellent strategic, leadership, and communication skills; able to influence executives and drive adoption.

Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, PMP/Prince2, or equivalent leadership credentials.
