Key Requirements:
- Speaking Portuguese, English and Spanish is a plus
- Extensive experience leading Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and transformations across sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, business processes, and CRM strategy across the enterprise.
- Proven ability to define CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance, aligning technology with business goals.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in project management, risk management, and change management within CRM contexts.
- Familiarity with data migration, integrations, reporting, and analytics (Power BI / Power Platform).
- Excellent strategic, leadership, and communication skills; able to influence executives and drive adoption.
- Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, PMP/Prince2, or equivalent leadership credentials.
