Key Requirements: 

• Speaking Portuguese, English and Spanish is a plus 

• Extensive experience leading Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) implementations and transformations.

• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, operations, and business processes across the enterprise.

• Proven ability to define ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance, aligning technology with business goals.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders at senior levels.

• Expertise in project management, risk management, and change management in ERP contexts.

• Familiarity with data migration, integrations, reporting, and analytics (Power BI / Power Platform).

• Excellent strategic, leadership, and communication skills; able to influence executives.

• Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP/Prince2, or equivalent leadership credentials.
