Key Requirements:
- Speaking Portuguese, English and Spanish is a plus

Extensive experience leading Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) implementations and transformations.

Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, operations, and business processes across the enterprise.

Proven ability to define ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance, aligning technology with business goals.

Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders at senior levels.

Expertise in project management, risk management, and change management in ERP contexts.

Familiarity with data migration, integrations, reporting, and analytics (Power BI / Power Platform).

Excellent strategic, leadership, and communication skills; able to influence executives.

Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP/Prince2, or equivalent leadership credentials.
