Key Requirements: 

• Proven leadership in multi-country D365 F&O rollouts, including global template governance and local adaptations.

• Structured, proactive, and highly communicative.

• Strong at aligning diverse stakeholders (functional analysts, developers, key users, and management).

• Takes initiative to continuously improve ways of working and the D365 platform.

• Willing to work on-site at HQ in Meise, Belgium (monthly, or weekly if based in Belgium).

• Open to traveling to the India office 2–3 times per year.
