Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect to take a leading role across complex D365 implementations and transformation projects.

This is a senior, client-facing position requiring a strong combination of technical architecture, functional D365 F&O knowledge and business process understanding.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience within either Retail or Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical environments, alongside the ability to lead D365 teams, run workshops and work directly with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective D365 solutions.

• Provide both technical and functional guidance across D365 F&O implementations.

• Design end-to-end solutions covering business processes, integrations, architecture and system requirements.

• Lead and coordinate D365 functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Run discovery sessions, solution-design workshops and stakeholder meetings.

• Work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and define appropriate solutions.

• Provide architectural governance and ensure solutions follow Microsoft and industry best practices.

• Support project planning, delivery and key architectural decisions.

• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies and design considerations.

• Work across integrations and surrounding technologies within the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

• Support and develop client relationships throughout implementation and beyond.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with long-term business requirements.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

• Previous experience working as a D365 F&O Solution Architect, Technical Architect or similar senior architecture role.

• Strong techno-functional knowledge, with the ability to understand both technical architecture and functional business processes.

• Strong experience within either Retail or Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical environments.

• Experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level D365 solutions.

• Proven experience leading D365 teams across implementations and transformation programmes.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.

• Confident leading workshops, presentations and discussions with senior stakeholders.

• Experience managing projects, delivery and/or client relationships.

• Strong understanding of integrations and the wider Microsoft technology ecosystem.

• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Language & Location

• Swedish and English language skills are highly desirable.

• Candidates should be based in, or able to work from, Stockholm or Gothenburg.
