Role and Responsibilities:
- Deploy the latest Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 CE Field Service.
- Develop top-quality software services and applications for clients.
- Implement sustainable and high-caliber solutions that meet client needs.
- Assess client expectations regarding knowledge and skills.
- Identify and address operational and project risks as needed.
- Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as required.
- Proactively advise clients on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- You have at least 2-3+ years of experience in CRM consulting, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or previous versions of Dynamics CRM.
- You have practical experience in field service, customer service, service desk, case management, queues, dispatching, knowledge base, contracts/SLAs, field service planning, stock and asset management.
- You have served as a consultant on at least one end-to-end CRM implementation
