Key Requirements:

• 4+ years experience implementing/supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
• Expertise in SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Transportation
• Configure and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes in D365
• Experience with demand planning, order management, and logistics workflows
• Support requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for supply chain performance
• Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and process automation
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and procurement stakeholders
• Fluent French & English (FR/ENG) – written and spoken
• Understanding of supply chain best practices, compliance, and operational controls
