Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP programs—global exposure is a strong plus.
• Understanding of IT operations, security, architecture, and maintenance services.
• Experience with multiple project management models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
