Job Overview:

Select Tech are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics AX 365 Functional Finance Consultant to join our client for a remote working contract. As a consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing Dynamics AX 365 Finance modules for our German end client. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term project and contribute to the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 365.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.
• Configure and customize Dynamics AX 365 Finance modules to meet client-specific needs.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify system limitations and propose solutions to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop data migration strategies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product updates, and best practices related to Dynamics AX 365 Finance.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English is mandatory, as the role involves communication with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Extensive experience as a Dynamics AX 365 Functional Finance Consultant, with a focus on implementing Finance modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics AX 365 Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics AX 365 Finance, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing Dynamics AX 365 Finance modules to meet specific client requirements.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
• Any relevant certifications in Dynamics AX 365 Finance would be an advantage.
