Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in functional consulting, with at least 2 years in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, preferably within the retail industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, including modules relevant to retail.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes, including financial management, supply chain, store operations, and customer engagement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Project management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce are highly desirable.
