In this role, you will be part of the divisional ERP AX organization and serve as an internal consultant for the MS Dynamics AX2012 R3 system. You will primarily be responsible for overseeing and participating in the rollout of the system and act as a key partner to local companies and sites. Your responsibilities may include serving as a systems specialist within the finance area and leading a team for your assigned process or business area in the rollout project. The specific focus of the role may vary depending on the needs and requirements of the project.

As a systems specialist and team lead, you will be working on-site in rollout projects across all disciplines, and be responsible for preparing the AX system for rollout, participating in change specification and workshops, managing configuration, creating and updating documents, training super users, conducting and supporting testing, and participating in cutover, hyper care and release management. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and providing 3rd line support, all in close collaboration with our clients project managers, system specialists, consultants, solution architects, and the rest of the IT/AX ERP team. In addition, as a team lead, you will be accountable for the deliverables of your workstream in the project.

Due to our emphasis on on-site presence during rollout, this position may require significant travel to our offices and manufacturing sites across Europe. You will also be communicating daily with colleagues around the world to ensure a unified approach to processes and solutions. You will be responsible for initiating and driving tasks and delivering results within your area of work.
