About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions. You will work closely with business and technical teams to translate operational needs into scalable solutions, supporting clients through implementation and adoption, including those introducing Salesforce Field Service for the first time.

Key responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions.
Run discovery workshops to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
Define data models, security approaches, integrations and process automation.
Provide technical guidance throughout delivery, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
Work with delivery teams to support configuration, development, testing and deployment.
Explain technical concepts and design decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Support clients new to Salesforce Field Service, helping them understand platform capabilities and implementation considerations.
Collaborate with diverse project teams to deliver integrated, maintainable solutions.

Skills and experience

At least 10 years of Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service.
Extensive experience designing and implementing Salesforce Field Service.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data models, security and integrations.
Salesforce certifications, particularly those related to Field Service.
Experience working with clients implementing Salesforce Field Service for the first time.
Familiarity with integration tools and process automation within Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence leading discussions across business and technical teams.
Experience working collaboratively within diverse project teams.
English language proficiency at C1 level or above.
