Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll (schemas, PCRs, wage types, retro accounting, FI posting).

• Strong expertise in SAP HCM Time Management (work schedules, absences, quotas, time evaluation).

• Understanding of integration between Payroll, Time, PA, OM, and FI/CO.

• Experience with end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and support.

• Familiarity with country-specific payroll/time rules and statutory compliance.

• Basic ABAP/debugging skills for issue analysis and custom enhancements.

• Experience with interfaces (CATS, external time systems, SuccessFactors).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to document, train users, and support HR stakeholders.

• SAP HCM certification and S/4HANA or hybrid environment experience preferred.
