Required Skills:

Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll (schemas, PCRs, wage types, retro accounting, FI posting).

Strong expertise in SAP HCM Time Management (work schedules, absences, quotas, time evaluation).

Understanding of integration between Payroll, Time, PA, OM, and FI/CO.

Experience with end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and support.

Familiarity with country-specific payroll/time rules and statutory compliance.

Basic ABAP/debugging skills for issue analysis and custom enhancements.

Experience with interfaces (CATS, external time systems, SuccessFactors).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to document, train users, and support HR stakeholders.
-
SAP HCM certification and S/4HANA or hybrid environment experience preferred.
