• SAP SuccessFactors modules knowledge (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, etc.)

• Integration tools & frameworks: SAP CPI (BTP Integration Suite), SAP PI/PO, APIs

• Data formats & protocols: XML, JSON, OData, REST/SOAP, SFTP

• Integration types: Point-to-point, middleware-based, inbound/outbound interfaces

• Third-party system integration: Payroll systems, ERP (SAP ECC/S/4HANA), identity management

• Data mapping & transformation skills

• Error handling & monitoring (logs, retries, alerts)

• Security & compliance: OAuth, certificates, role-based access

• Testing & deployment: Unit testing, integration testing, transport management

• Troubleshooting & support of production integrations

• Documentation & technical design skills

• Basic ABAP or scripting knowledge (nice to have)

• Strong communication with functional teams and stakeholders
