Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Coordination

Support day-to-day operations and coordinate production-related actions

Prepare and lead IT & Business steering committees

Update planning files and track actions (enhancements, fixes, continuous improvements)
Requirements Gathering & Scoping

Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders (Compensation, Talent Management, Recruitment)

Collect business needs, define scope, and translate into user stories

Create mock-ups and propose evolutions for validation with stakeholders
Testing & Acceptance
-
Analyze anomalies, log issues, and follow up until resolution
-
Support user acceptance testing and validate functionalities
Run & Continuous Improvement
-
Maintain operational conditions of HR reporting tools
-
Create and modify queries for reporting needs
-
Contribute to ongoing enhancements and improvements
