Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a strong advantage.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in development and architecture roles specific to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce.

3. Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, with a strong emphasis on retail-specific functionalities.

4. Proven experience leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects, from planning and design through implementation and support.

5. Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset for designing scalable and effective technical solutions.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

8. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce are highly preferred.
