Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration with on-premise SAP (ERP/HCM) and third-party systems.

• Expertise in SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP SuccessFactors APIs (OData, SOAP, Compound Employee).

• Deep understanding of SuccessFactors data models, entities, and modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end integration flows, including middleware mapping, data transformation, and error handling.

• Knowledge of integration protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, IDoc, JSON, XML) and data formats.

• Familiarity with Boomi, Dell Boomi AtomSphere, or other iPaaS tools (advantageous).

• Experience with S/4HANA and hybrid cloud landscapes.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and technical specifications.

• Ability to perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and integration monitoring.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating with business, HR, and IT teams.

• SAP Certified Integration Associate (SuccessFactors / CPI) preferred.
