Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Senior Tester working on Oracle applications and systems.
• Strong experience designing and executing test strategies, test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle testing across implementation, upgrade or transformation projects.
• Experience performing functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Strong understanding of Oracle business processes and modules (e.g. Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite).
• Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Experience identifying, documenting and managing defects through to resolution.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with business users, developers and project teams.
• Experience supporting go-live activities and post-production testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple testing priorities within complex project environments.
