About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to bridge the gap between business processes, technology and AI.

You will work closely with clients to optimise and digitalise their business processes, combining strong functional Business Central knowledge with the technical understanding needed to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Alongside Business Central, you will have the opportunity to explore how AI, automation and emerging technologies can improve ERP environments and help businesses operate more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the implementation, optimisation and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digitalisation.

• Gather and translate business requirements into practical functional and technical solutions.

• Configure, test and optimise solutions within Business Central.

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout implementations and projects.

• Lead client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions and solution discussions.

• Explore potential AI and automation applications within ERP systems and wider business processes.

• Identify opportunities where new technologies can improve efficiency, scalability and business performance.

• Support clients in getting greater value from their Business Central environment.

• Take ownership of solutions from initial analysis through to implementation and optimisation.

About You

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Comfortable engaging in both functional and technical discussions.

• Strong understanding of business processes and how different functions interact across an organisation.

• Able to take a process-oriented approach rather than working within individual functional silos.

• Experience analysing requirements and translating them into effective Business Central solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Confident communicating with both clients and technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable leading workshops and client discussions.

• Proactive, able to take ownership and confident working independently.

• A genuine interest in AI, automation and innovation and how these can be applied within ERP environments.

• Fluent Dutch is required.

• English language skills are advantageous.
