Key Requirements:

• Projects:

  • Lead D365FO implementations in area of expertise (gap/fit analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live).

  • Challenge business owners/key users to align with template, D365FO standards, and best practices while ensuring process efficiency.

• Support:

  • Provide support for template and local implementations to ensure solution stability and adoption.

• Teaching:

  • Enhance solution knowledge through creation of support materials (videos, guides, documents).

Know-How / Experience

• Strong expertise in D365FO warehouse management/logistics (configuration, data, functionalities, processes).

• Knowledge of other D365FO modules (e.g., production/planning) is a plus.

• Experience with Core model approach and local requirements.

• Warehouse business knowledge is advantageous.

• Proven track record in D365FO implementations.

• Skilled in collecting/challenging business requirements (gaps & workarounds).

• Experience in testing and automated test scenario creation is a plus.
