Key Requirements: 

• Experience: ≥5 years managing Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server) and Microsoft Dynamics 365; SharePoint is a plus.

• Microsoft Platforms: Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and integrate D365 (on-prem), SharePoint farms, IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server services.

• Automation & DevSecOps: PowerShell scripting, automation workflows, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices.

• Identity & Security: Authentication/identity management (OAuth, Kerberos, NTLM, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect); implement security measures and ensure compliance with EU regulations.

• High Availability & Optimization: Design HA/DR strategies for SQL Server and Microsoft workloads; optimize IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server for performance and reliability.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Use tools like Dynatrace, SCOM, Nagios to monitor workloads and troubleshoot issues.

• Collaboration & Documentation: Work with developers, DevOps, and stakeholders; write structured technical documentation; contribute to technical working groups.

• Communication: B2 English level.
