About the Role

We are looking for an Azure Integration Architect to join a growing technology team and play a key role in designing and delivering modern integration solutions using Microsoft Azure.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Azure integration experience who enjoys working closely with customers, understanding their business challenges and translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the integration platform and explore how AI agents and orchestrated workflows can improve the integration lifecycle — from requirements gathering through to production.

Over time, this role offers a clear opportunity to develop further into an Integration Architect position, with increasing responsibility across Azure and wider platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable integrations using Microsoft Azure.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
• Translate business requirements into effective integration and technical solutions.
• Design integration architectures that align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Develop, configure and support Azure-based integration solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and wider technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the integration platform.
• Share knowledge, best practices and technical expertise within the wider integration community.
• Explore and evaluate how AI agents and orchestrated workflows can support integration processes from requirements through to production.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture standards and integration best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging Azure, integration and AI technologies.
• Gradually take on increased architectural responsibility across Azure integration and platform architecture.

• Strong understanding of integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience designing and developing cloud-based integration solutions.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with developers, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage directly with customers.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and exploring innovative approaches to integration.
