Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Business Intelligence and data engineering roles, building scalable data solutions
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning
• Experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar
• Solid understanding of data modelling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modelling)
• Experience working with data lakes and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, APIs, flat files)
• Experience with programming languages such as Python (preferred) for data processing and automation
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and validation processes
• Experience in building dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions
• Familiarity with performance optimisation of large datasets and queries
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills to work with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience in end-to-end BI project delivery (requirements → design → build → deploy → support)
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, Azure Data Engineering, or similar (preferred)
