Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, including modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Strong development experience within D365 CE, with a solid understanding of solution design, customisation, and configuration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative project teams.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Previous experience working within a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Experience developing and maintaining APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of mobile-first D365 CE solutions and application development.
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform, including Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Understanding of D365 CE from a functional perspective, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, and business process optimisation.
- Familiarity with the wider Microsoft technology stack and best practices for CRM solution delivery.
