Key Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Solid understanding of ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, or Warehousing)

Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Experience translating business needs into functional and/or technical BC solutions

Configuration and customization of Business Central (including AL extensions if technical)

Experience with data migration, system upgrades, and integrations
-
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus
-
Familiarity with Azure, APIs, and third-party ISV solutions

Experience delivering end-to-end BC implementations (requirements → go-live → support)

Ability to conduct workshops, user training, and UAT support

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
-
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Experience working in Agile or structured project delivery environments

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800) preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
