Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2, etc.)
• Lead end-to-end ERP projects: planning, budgeting, resourcing, and execution
• Manage requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders
• Develop project reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and risks
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Fluent French & English (FR/ENG) – written and spoken
• Support change management, training, and post-implementation optimization
