  • Support system configuration, testing, integrations, and go-live
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for CRM insights
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service stakeholders
  • Fluent French & English (FR/ENG) – written and spoken
  • Ensure CRM adoption, compliance, and best practices
