Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules
• Configure and optimize end-to-end business processes in D365 CE
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions
• Support system configuration, testing, integrations, and go-live
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for CRM insights
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service stakeholders
• Fluent French & English (FR/ENG) – written and spoken
• Ensure CRM adoption, compliance, and best practices
