Key Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules
- Configure and optimize end-to-end business processes in D365 CE
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions
- Support system configuration, testing, integrations, and go-live
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for CRM insights
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service stakeholders
- Fluent French & English (FR/ENG) – written and spoken
- Ensure CRM adoption, compliance, and best practices
