Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules)
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics using entities, forms, views, and business rules
- Solid development skills in:
- C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform extensions
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience building and consuming APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrating with external systems
- Knowledge of Dataverse architecture, security models, and data management
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with solution management, deployments, and environment strategies
- Understanding of model-driven and canvas apps development
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and dashboards within CRM
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with functional consultants and stakeholders
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (preferred)
