Key Requirements: 

 

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules)
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics using entities, forms, views, and business rules
  • Solid development skills in:
    • C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript
    • Plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform extensions
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience building and consuming APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrating with external systems
  • Knowledge of Dataverse architecture, security models, and data management
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with solution management, deployments, and environment strategies
  • Understanding of model-driven and canvas apps development
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and dashboards within CRM
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with functional consultants and stakeholders
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (preferred)
