Location: Poland, Lithuania, Germany or UK

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Ability to configure, test, and support NAV/Business Central environments.
• Experience delivering user training and providing ongoing system support.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting ERP upgrades, implementations, or system enhancements is highly desirable.
