Key Requirements: 

  • Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and workflows

  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform; experience with Power Apps/Pages is a plus

  • Experience with out-of-the-box implementations; customized solutions are a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with service management tools such as Topdesk

  • Basic scripting or coding skills; JavaScript knowledge is a plus

  • Fluent in both English and Dutch
