Key Requirements:

Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and workflows

Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform; experience with Power Apps/Pages is a plus

Experience with out-of-the-box implementations; customized solutions are a strong advantage

Familiarity with service management tools such as Topdesk
-
Basic scripting or coding skills; JavaScript knowledge is a plus

Fluent in both English and Dutch
