Key Requirements:

D365 Supply Chain Expertise: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Sales Order Management, Production, and Warehouse Management.

Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyse, document, and optimise supply chain processes, translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Functional Configuration: Experience configuring SCM modules, workflows, and business rules within D365 F&O to meet organisational needs.

System Integrations: Understanding of integrations between D365 SCM and other systems, including ERP, procurement platforms, logistics, or third-party applications.

Testing & Implementation: Skilled in UAT planning, functional testing, data validation, and post-go-live support for SCM processes.

Reporting & Analytics: Ability to create and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using embedded reporting tools and Power BI.

Problem Solving & Support: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot SCM system issues, provide functional guidance, and support end-users.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, procurement, warehouse, and IT teams to deliver effective SCM solutions.

Compliance & Governance: Knowledge of regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements in supply chain processes.

Documentation & Training: Produce clear functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
