Key Requirements:
- Experience in CRM/CE application development
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CRM)
- Proficiency in C# and .NET for plugin and custom workflow development
- Experience with JavaScript for form scripting and client-side customization
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs and web services
- Familiarity with FetchXML and Dynamics 365 data querying techniques
- Experience with custom workflows, plugins, and extended CRM functionalities
- Good understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Experience with solution deployment, environment management, and ALM processes
- Familiarity with Azure services for integration and automation (preferred)
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver business-focused solutions
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
