Key Requirements: 

• Experience in CRM/CE application development
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CRM)
• Proficiency in C# and .NET for plugin and custom workflow development
• Experience with JavaScript for form scripting and client-side customization
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs and web services
• Familiarity with FetchXML and Dynamics 365 data querying techniques
• Experience with custom workflows, plugins, and extended CRM functionalities
• Good understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Experience with solution deployment, environment management, and ALM processes
• Familiarity with Azure services for integration and automation (preferred)
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver business-focused solutions
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
