Required Skills:

• 8+ years in D365 F&O, specialising in Customer Fulfilment / Order Management for high-volume retail.

• Proven expertise in orchestration design, ATP/availability, and delivery service integration.

• Strong technical literacy across integration patterns, events/APIs, error handling, and performance (throughput/latency).

• Hands-on collaboration with engineering teams using Azure DevOps and LCS.

• Skilled at bridging functional design with Commerce, Field Service, and Power Platform for operational tools and insights.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ERP global templates and product-team delivery models (turning epics into workable increments).

• Familiarity with IKEA ROSS domains and Customer Fulfilment patterns.

• Strong understanding of ways of working and go-live processes.
