Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

• Proficiency in X++, Visual Studio, and the D365 development environment

• Experience with extensions, customizations, workflows, forms, reports, and security

• Knowledge of data management, OData, and integration frameworks

• Experience building and supporting integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services)

• Familiarity with LCS, Azure DevOps, and source control

• Understanding of performance optimization and debugging

• Experience with SSRS reporting and Electronic Reporting (ER)

• Participation in at least one full-cycle D365 F&O implementation

• Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain modules

• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work in Agile or structured project environments

• Clear communication and documentation skills
