Key Requirements: 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

• Experience leading end-user training during ERP implementations

• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations modules

• Experience developing training materials (SOPs, job aids, eLearning, workshops)

• Participation in at least one full-cycle D365 F&O implementation

• Conducting training needs assessments and role-based curriculum design

• Supporting UAT, change management, and go-live readiness

• Familiarity with tools like Task Recorder, LCS, and Office 365

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills

• Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to translate complex system processes into user-friendly training
