Key Requirements:

• D365 F&O Expertise: Extensive experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, and HR.

• Solution Architecture: Ability to design end-to-end D365 F&O solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical standards.

• Integration & Technical Oversight: Expertise in integrations, data migration, and third-party solutions, guiding technical teams on best practices and architecture decisions.

• Business Process Leadership: Deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain, with the ability to recommend system optimisations.

• Project Delivery & Governance: Experience overseeing large-scale ERP projects, providing governance, risk management, and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in engaging executive stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to drive architecture decisions.

• Performance & Scalability: Ability to design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and optimised for performance in complex enterprise environments.

• Compliance & Security: Knowledge of regulatory, financial, and operational compliance, ensuring the architecture adheres to governance standards.

• Problem Solving & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor for resolving complex functional and technical challenges within D365 F&O.

• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Produce architecture documentation, best practices guides, and provide mentorship to functional and technical teams.
