Business Process Leadership: Deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain, with the ability to recommend system optimisations.

Project Delivery & Governance: Experience overseeing large-scale ERP projects, providing governance, risk management, and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in engaging executive stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to drive architecture decisions.

Performance & Scalability: Ability to design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and optimised for performance in complex enterprise environments.

Compliance & Security: Knowledge of regulatory, financial, and operational compliance, ensuring the architecture adheres to governance standards.

Problem Solving & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor for resolving complex functional and technical challenges within D365 F&O.
