Key Requirements:

Native-level Polish language proficiency (required) and good command of English for documentation and collaboration
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
Deep expertise in Production / Manufacturing modules, including:
- Production Control
- Master Planning
- Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Routes and operations
- Shop floor execution
- Work centers and resource management
Proven experience in implementing or supporting end-to-end manufacturing processes within D365 F&O
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions
Experience working with technical teams on integrations, data flows, and system interfaces
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
Willingness to travel occasionally to Wrocław, Poland for onsite workshops or project needs
Strong communication skills, including stakeholder management and user training capabilities
Experience in ERP implementation projects in manufacturing environments is highly desirable
