Locations: Poland, Romania, Greece - Remote 

Key Requirements: 

• 7–10 years of experience in ERP or application service management roles
• At least 3+ years of experience leading COTS platforms
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365 F&O) architecture and solution design
• Previous experience in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing ERP environments is essential
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business process design, and full lifecycle management
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
• Solid knowledge of IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL practices
• Experience with release management, change management, and production support governance
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder alignment capabilities across business and IT
• Ability to define domain architecture standards and guide solution consistency across projects
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business IT, or related field
