Required Skills:

• 10+ years of ERP experience with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Project Accounting, Cash & Bank).

• Proven ability to engage and advise senior finance stakeholders (Controllers, CAOs, CFOs) and translate business goals into scalable D365 solutions.

• Strong finance domain knowledge across R2R, P2P, O2C, and Project Accounting; proficient in multi-entity, multi-currency, and consolidation scenarios.

• Expertise in solution architecture, design, and configuration of D365 F&O Finance; skilled in FDD/TDD creation and fit-gap analysis.

• Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP, statutory compliance, tax, fixed assets, and financial reporting (Management Reporter, Power BI).

• Hands-on experience with data migration (DMF), integrations (OData, Dual Write, Azure Logic Apps), and security design (RBAC, SoD).

• Experienced in Power Platform integration (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure DevOps-based project delivery.

• Strong leadership in cross-functional solution design, architecture governance, and mentoring finance & functional teams.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, business process optimization, and driving change management and user adoption.

• Certified Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert / Solution Architect Expert; background in Finance, Accounting, or IT (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
