Key Requirements: 

• Experience in ERP and application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365 Finance & Operations)
• Expertise in X++ development and SQL for backend logic and data handling
• Experience building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Strong working knowledge of Power Automate, Power FX, and FetchXML for workflows, automation, and integrations
• Some exposure to JavaScript and HTML for UI customization or web-based extensions
• Experience developing and supporting integrations between D365 F&O and external systems
• Ability to design and deliver maintainable, scalable, business-oriented solutions
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with functional/business teams
• Understanding of ERP processes and D365 solution architecture
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on pragmatic, real-world solutions
