Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementations, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX)
• Strong end-to-end project lifecycle management (discovery to go-live and support)
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step or Success by Design framework
• Solid scope, budget, timeline, and risk management skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps
• Good understanding of D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory)
• Ability to translate business requirements into system and technical solutions
• Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and reporting (e.g., Power BI, SSRS)
• Strong stakeholder management, including C-level communication and steering committees
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors/partners
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Microsoft certifications (preferred)
