Key Requirements: 

• 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain and ERP consulting
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365 F&O SCM modules)
• Minimum 6 end-to-end D365 F&O implementations in China
• Strong exposure to manufacturing environments (discrete/process manufacturing preferred)
• Experience in global rollouts and multi-site implementations
• Ability to front-end with business users and senior stakeholders effectively
• Good understanding of China statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with SCM processes (procurement, production, inventory, logistics, warehouse management)
• Strong capability in requirement gathering, solution design, and fit-gap analysis
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps preferred for delivery tracking and ALM processes
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (Finance/SCM) will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in cross-cultural and global delivery environments
