Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) consulting experience

• Deep functional expertise in D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management

• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and statutory reporting requirements

• Experience designing and delivering finance transformations and system implementations in complex environments

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end D365 F&O finance workstreams, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-go-live support

• Strong experience with financial configurations, posting profiles, financial dimensions, and period close processes

• Experience supporting statutory reporting, audit requirements, and compliance in Germany

• Hands-on experience with data migration, opening balances, and financial data validation

• Experience working with integrations between D365 F&O and third-party systems (e.g. banking, tax, reporting tools)

• Ability to troubleshoot complex finance issues and provide pragmatic, business-focused solutions

• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external partners

• Experience working in interim / contract / project-based roles, with the ability to ramp up quickly

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. D365 Finance Functional Consultant) are a strong advantage
