Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in D365 Finance & Operations across core modules (Finance, SCM)

• Proven experience designing end-to-end solution architecture

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and fit–gap analysis

• Ensure best practices, standardization, and scalable solutions

• Coordinate functional, technical, and integration teams

• Oversee testing, data migration, and deployment

• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making

• Excellent communication in English (local language a plus)

• Microsoft certifications and multi-country rollout experience (nice to have)
