Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Deep functional knowledge of finance processes:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management
- Proven experience in end-to-end D365 Finance implementations (requirements gathering → design → configuration → testing → go-live)
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable finance system solutions
- Hands-on experience configuring:
- Chart of accounts
- Financial dimensions
- Posting profiles and journals
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and statutory reporting
- Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Knowledge of integrations (banks, third-party systems) and data migration activities
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI and financial reporting in D365
- Experience using tools like Azure DevOps for issue tracking and delivery management
- Experience supporting UAT, user training, and post-go-live support
Onsite Requirements
- Onsite involvement for requirements gathering workshops
- Onsite support for user training sessions and knowledge transfer
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders during key implementation phases
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both local users and global delivery teams
